Privacy policy
What you type into the QR generator stays in your browser. This page explains the little data the site itself and its partners do handle, and the rights you have.

Who is responsible
The controller of this website is Matías Ramos, an individual based in Argentina. You can reach him at hello@qrforever.link.
What you type into the tool
QR codes and 3D objects are generated locally in your browser. The links, Wi-Fi names and passwords, texts, contact details, coordinates and captions you enter are not sent to any server, not logged and not stored by this site.
The files you download contain the data encoded in them, including a Wi-Fi password if you encode one, so share them with care. "Save design" creates a JSON file on your device. It never includes the Wi-Fi password, and including the destination and content is optional.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Workers). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data, such as your IP address, browser user agent and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Visit statistics
Two cookieless tools give us anonymous statistics about how the site is used.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregated visit statistics (pages, referrer, country, device type), with no cross-site tracking.
- Umami Cloud: page views (path without the query string, referrer, browser, operating system, device, country, language and screen size) and one "download" event that carries only the file format, the QR type, the mode (image or 3D object) and the page language. It never receives what you type. See the Umami privacy policy.
Advertising with Google AdSense
The site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to serve, personalize (where allowed) and measure ads, including based on your previous visits to this and other sites.
Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent tool before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice later using the privacy settings link shown by the consent tool.
More information and controls:
Legal bases
For visitors in the EEA and the UK: advertising cookies are used on the basis of your consent. Cookieless statistics and technical security of the site rest on our legitimate interest in understanding usage and keeping the site working and safe.
Retention
The site itself keeps no personal data. Emails sent to hello@qrforever.link are kept only as long as needed to answer them. Third parties keep data according to their own policies, linked above.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your personal data, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to hello@qrforever.link.
You can also complain to your data protection supervisory authority in the EU or, in Argentina, to the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA where that age applies).
